I've been thinking a lot about consumerism the last week. It plays such a huge part in the "American Dream." We think the more stuff we have, the better life will be. Often times, I find myself caught up in the hype of things I don't need. I want them for the mere sake of wanting them. I saw this and am wondering "What if we all really did do this?" Pretty awesome.

MY THIS IS COMPLETELY UNrelated to anything you have written but for some reason the Lord placed you on my heart this early morning. I decided to read your blog and try to piece together what has been going on in your life and I went back to some of your older posts and re-lived in my mind many of those situations. Camp, graduation, your father, family, where to move, Nashville, boys, dinners, random drives, me randomly showing up at your place, that great video matt and I liked so much, taking you to the bridge spring hill, laughing hard, your great cooking, my great garlic bread and matts great deserts. All those memroes came back and I wanted you to know I am praying for you right now and my prayer is the Lord is blessing and keeping you.
